#7 Build new control plane for k8s cluster

Use the pico cluster with USB3 SSDs to build a new three node HA k8s control plane. Use the other two Pi’s as front end load balancers. 8GB Rpi4’ an are overkill for this use. Look into other low-power, low-cost options.
